- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels for smooth operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate catering services and special events to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and staff retention.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the culinary industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and best practices in food safety.
- Experience in managing quick-service fast food restaurants or coffee establishments is preferred.
