EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 4 YEAR DEGREE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, with proven skills in leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement. This role is critical to the success of our organization, as you will oversee daily operations and ensure that all processes align with our business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and enhance productivity.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize service delivery.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational plans with overall business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- A strong business acumen with the capability to drive business development initiatives effectively.
