About The 2025 Summer Internship Program

At Procon, summer internships are project-based and designed to expose students to the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) and professional services industry

Interns are partnered with a mentor within their department to provide guidance and support. Interns will develop interpersonal skills and be provided with a broad knowledge of the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) and professional services industry. Interns will close the summer by supporting a variety of projects and demonstrating the knowledge they have gained with reports and presentations to leadership.

Core Qualifications:

• A junior or senior year student pursuing a degree in an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related field
• The ability to work 100% onsite Monday through Friday full time/40 hours per week
• Team player with strong communication skills and
• Based in or near Mclean, VA, and able to work 100% on-site for 40 hours per week
