Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service calls to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
- Utilize dispatching software and GPS tracking to monitor technician locations and optimize routes.
- Perform data entry tasks related to service requests, job assignments, and technician availability.
- Communicate with technicians, customers, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Analyze dispatch and service data to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service.
- Work closely with field technicians and management to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
-Experience in dispatching, logistics, or service coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze data for decision-making and process improvement.
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and dispatch software.
Experience with Oracle Transportation Management or (preferred).
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services is a plus but not required.
