Director Marketing Operations

We are looking for a Director Marketing Operations to join Procores Marketing team. This role is responsible for defining and leading the operations of key crossfunctional marketing programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing process and optimization.

This position will initially report into the Chief Marketing Officer and has the opportunity to work remotely from any US location. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do :

• Identify address and implement process improvements to marketing optimizing the way the team works together.
• Project manage crossfunctional marketing programs including launches and other key marketing initiatives across people processes and technology.
• Outline project goals objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with marketing stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project progress providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop and implement repeatable templates and processes to ensure efficient campaign management resource allocation and crossfunctional collaboration.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across marketing sales finance and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives across departments.
• Partner with our marketing leadership team and our technology and analytics teams to ensure marketing technology is aligned with marketing team goals and measured impact.

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $172000 $236500. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
