Were looking for a Manager Ultimate Research Levelset to join Procores Lien Rights Management (LRM) team. In this role youll lead a highperforming research team ensuring accuracy and efficiency in property and project research while driving innovation and leveraging your expertise in U.S. lien law. Your work will help shape the future of the construction industry transform payment processes and empower Payment Heroes to get what theyve earned.
As a Manager Ultimate Research Levelset youll collaborate with internal teams to uphold bestinclass research standards enhance team performance and optimize reporting processes. Use your leadership analytical skills and industry knowledge to support research operations train team members and improve research quality. If youre a proactive problem solver with a passion for property research and construction law wed love for you to join us.
This position reports into the Senior Manager of Research and Document Delivery and will be based in either New Orleans LA or remote. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do :
- Lead and develop a team of researchers ensuring accuracy and efficiency in property and project research
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and accuracy benchmarks driving continuous improvement
- Train and mentor new hires while providing ongoing development opportunities for existing team members
- Conduct performance management as needed to support team success
- Hold regular team checkins to review metrics research quality and engagement
- Attend key meetings related to metrics new customer onboarding and research strategy
- Oversee reporting processes for internal and external use supporting customer communication and decisionmaking
- Manage team requests efficiently and provide transparent updates to internal stakeholders

Base Pay Range $89280 $122760. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
