Were looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Procores Talent Acquisition Department on a temporary contract basis 6 months). In this role youll help facilitate a seamless interview process for candidates.
As a Recruitment Coordinator youll partner with recruiters hiring managers and interviewers to execute a bestinclass candidate interview experience. This role requires agility and an acute attention to detail to successfully schedule and reschedule interviews while managing competing priorities that require you to shift gears at a moments notice without missing a beat. This position reports into our Associate Manager Candidate Experience and can be based in a remote U.S. location. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do :
- Manage candidates interview experience : schedule all interviews over multiple time zones ensure candidates are prepared with most up to date details virtually greet candidates day of interview
- Distribute pertinent information to hiring team
- Develop a strong partnership with our Recruiters
- Leverage Procores Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tool to create a quick thorough and efficient interview process
- Support special projects as needed

Base Pay Range $28 $30. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
