Our Client :
Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders specialising in Marine Engines. They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities :
- Communicate with our customers and business partners to solve engine troubles by email and phone.
- Create quotations and sales related reports.
- Issue invoices and deliver the invoices to customers.
- Key in the information in Daihatsu internal system.
- Understanding products, services and the customers’ demands become a bridge between the customers and business partners.
- Customer visits for any type of negotiations for our services.
- Follow up with customers for quotations and payments
