What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director Product Marketing position at Procore Technologies?
Were looking for a Senior Director Product Marketing to join Procores global product and technology organization as a groundbreaking leader. In this role youll lead a global team of product marketers who will revolutionize how construction is done. You will lead a team that develops and drives positioning messaging pricing & monetization and product launches that effectively differentiate Procore in the market. This leader will help formulate and communicate the strategic vision for how the Procore platform demonstrates value and ROI for construction professionals and will work with crossfunctional collaborators to ensure this vision is amplified across all channels.
This team leader will work in close proximity to the global marketing organization to ensure effective planning communication and execution of the overall gotomarket strategy. They will need to be technically oriented as well as an effective and inspiring storyteller.
This role will report to the VP Product Marketing and will be based in our Austin TX office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do :
Develop and own product positioning messaging and value propositions based on customer challenges that differentiate Procore in the marketplace.
Craft engaging audiencespecific content including case studies solution briefs web content presentations data sheets messaging documents pitch decks blogs and whitepapers that can be utilized globally.
Conduct ROI / TCO analysis and develop outcomebased content to help customers make the business case for Procore.
Understand market trends customer requirements usage and buying behavior and the partner ecosystem to better identify market opportunities and customer demand for the Procore platform.
Define the gotomarket plays working closely with product sales and marketing counterparts to define the target audiences personas and messaging required to reach them effectively.
Effectively integrate Product Marketing requirements into the product lifecycle framework.
Build a worldclass modern Product Marketing team that has established frameworks for how to launch products and solutions for ultimate impact.
What were looking for :
10 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions in $1B B2B software companies.
Experience building bestinclass Global Product teams with a proven record for identifying nurturing and growing talent.
Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
Experience supporting an Integrated GTM motion that includes sales channel and services partners strategic alliances and technology ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience building credibility and delivering results for product teams sales teams and customers.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple intuitive and inspiring communications.
Experience in the construction industry and or the contech landscape is a plus.
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $220000 $302500. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
