The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a dynamic, & passionate individual for our Human Resources Process Owner role, located in our West Chester Product Supply Innovation Center. This team member will gain main insights, including but not limited to cutting edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development. They will be supporting the HR Business Account Managers with end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets.
Job Description
The Ideal Human Resources Process Owner will be able to:
- Process communication, deployment, and continual improvements.
- Providing direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Summarizing outcomes and after action reviews.
- Managing full cycle employee data and organization administration within Workday, including, but not limited to, transaction processing and support, HR program and compliance administration and answering employee and manager inquiries.
- Providing important coaching to individuals on company and site policies and have the opportunity to train others in these areas to drive compliance.
- Support Projects include but not limited to the areas of: Equality & Inclusion, Organizational Culture, Training & Development, Manager-Employee & Team Relationship Building, Talent Management Reporting Data & Analysis, Job Aids, and Industry Benchmarking to drive maximum output, as well as overall satisfaction within the work environment.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who are:
- Energized by using integrative thinking to solve tough business problems and leveraging diverse sources of knowledge from analytics to psychology.
- Intellectually curious about uncovering human needs and desires and translating those insights into compelling stories via podcasts & digital marketing that will help us better understand how to serve our community.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, Marketing, and or Communications an equivalent field
- A Bachelors Degree
- Strong analytical & multi-tasking skills with quick turnaround from ideation to finished product.
- Ability to work within commuting distance to West Chester, OH. No relocation funding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with HR Software Systems like Workday; strong Office Suite acumen, strong written and video content creation capability on software like Camtasia to post on corporate social media and SharePoint sites.
- Knowledge of Employment Law, Benefits & Corporate HR policies a plus.
- A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Dynamics, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $61,500 – $85,300
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
