You will be a key leader as a finance or accounting group manager, providing finance leadership and financial analysis support. You could lead the profitability for one or more of our brands or portfolios, guide new product introductions and upgrades or be a part of a customer team where you help build and use P&G's in-depth understanding of retail economics. Roles also provide support for broad, company-wide priorities related to organization strategy measures, innovation, strategy and investment decisions, while working closely with senior F&A and multi-function leadership. We provide opportunity to lead analyses / projects that address key company issues including (but not limited to) business models, new growth opportunities, industry analysis, visionary intelligence, economic conditions, and financial success measures. Placements into specific first assignments are made based on business need and fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required, MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of meaningful work experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/Finance at a consumer-focused company preferred.
- Leadership: The role requires you to turn business skills and strong communication capability into leadership to deliver strong results in a complex and meaningful business environment. You will envision, engage, energize, enable and execute to drive actionable results.
- Candidates must have strong analysis skills and be able to develop critical insights and recommendations that will drive action. Roles offer significant exposure to senior management, and the work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, so a leadership pattern of success in complex environments is needed.
- You must possess the ability to translate the overall objective and strategies of the business into executional priorities to drive results. The ability to translate analyses into tactical and strategic recommendations to achieve business growth is essential.
- You will maintain diverse, collaborative relationships across various multi-functional business teams. The role also requires effective and persuasive communicate to upper management, both in writing as well as orally.
- You will also be highly skilled at being in-touch with key customers in order to anticipate needs.
- You will act as a steward as you own the day to day affairs of P&G and its assets on behalf of the owners of the company.
