Job Description
- Generate innovative and compelling visual stories and digital experiences that effectively communicate scientific concepts and product innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to translate consumer and product insights into engaging digital design solutions that align with key business objectives.
- Build intuitive and on-brand consumer facing product/technology visualizations, including 2D/3D animations, photography, videography, and graphic systems.
- Rapidly prototype ideas for consumer testing and produce production-ready assets for development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Interactive Design, Digital Communication Design or New Media Design.
- 2-8 years of successful professional design experience, preferably in a product-driven business.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design strategy and execution.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D animation / CGI, photography, and videography.
- Proficiency in Cinema4D is preferable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Lightroom, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premiere) and digital photography.
- Experience in leveraging Generative AI across all stages of the design process.
- Basic knowledge of AR/VR technologies is desired.
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms, trending content and social content creation.
- Passion and knowledge of the Beauty category is preferable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Proactive leadership skills and the ability to identify design opportunities that can drive business impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage multiple functions to deliver outstanding design solutions.
