Your Responsibilities:
- Brand-building:Create and grow irresistibly superior brand experiences that drive brand and category growth and value creation.
- Leadership & Collaboration:Lead multi-functional teams to implement brand initiatives by fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Data-Driven Insights:Use Nielsen/IRI data and insights to advise brand strategies, understand market trends, and analyze consumer behavior, driving informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Work in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure effective brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target consumers.
- Brand Performance Monitoring:Supervise and analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management:Handle brand budgets efficiently, optimizing resources to enhance brand impact and achieve business results.
- Compliance Assurance:Ensure brand compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity of P&G's brands.
