Proctor Academy, a coeducational, college preparatory boarding and day school in Andover, NH, is seeking to fill a Clinical Director of Adolescent Health & Wellness position beginning July 1, 2025.
The position will oversee all clinical and wellness-related operations of the adolescent population at Proctor Academy. This role will be responsible for supervising the Director of Health Services, the Director of Counseling, and all student support services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care and comprehensive wellness programing. The Clinical Director will provide strategic leadership and direction, integrating mental health, wellness and educational initiatives in alignment with Proctor Academy’s mission, value and strategic goals. Thie role will focus on holistic health, emphasizing the well being and personal growth of students through innovative programming and supportive community initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in healthcare administration, clinical psychology or related field, inclusive of NH licensure. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience and knowledge of wellness programing, clinical supervision, adolescent development, and evidence-based interventions. Proven leadership experience with excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
