An established healthcare organization based in northern New Hampshire is now looking for an experienced Assistant Nurse Director Inpatient Services to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This regional leading community based clinic offers a variety of internal medicine services in a friendly convenient setting. This location specializes in a number of services including family medicine, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiovascular care.
Reporting to the CNO and Director Acute Care Services, the Assistant Nurse Director Inpatient Services will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the critical access facility. Responsibilities include staff scheduling amongst inpatient units, ensures quality patient care, collaborates with House Supervisor and department leadership teams, participates in monthly staff meetings, leads new staff orientation, manages department resources, and provides direct patient care as needed.
What’s Needed to Succeed:
- Degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
- Prior leadership experience is a plus!
