Tell me more about this role, what would I be doing?

Summary

Responsible for performing quality reviews for the vendor handling the loss draft processing. Emphasis is on accuracy, requires attention to detail, updating QC reports, knowledge of the LD module and Loss Draft procedures.

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Learning to use the LD Module
• Updating QC reports on a daily basis
• Compile and document discrepancies to be used for training and trend analysis
• Reviewing loss draft information with a clear understanding of the loss draft process
• Understanding of loss draft documents
• Follow procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are reached
• Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
• Identify error trends within processes and report to leadership.
• Back-up existing staff as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Office– specifically Word and Excel
  
  

Preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
• Insurance or claims experience
  
  

Physical Requirements Necessary On a Regular Basis

• Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
• Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
• Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
• Sedentary work. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
• Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
