Requirements

 

The Opportunity 


Procure Analytics is seeking a TA and Org Development Manager to support it’s hiring initiatives and organizational development in a period of rapid growth. This position reports to the Director of HR and will be responsible for developing and executing processes for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles and departments. Additionally, this role will support the HR Director and Leadership team in guiding workforce planning, professional development, and training across the organization.


The ideal candidate has experience with full cycle recruiting and organizational development in a high growth environment or a startup.  

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, vetting, interview management, and all other related activities to support internal hiring initiatives  
  • Lead the tactical and strategic workforce planning process across various departments, matching business plan with recruiting needs  
  • Develop and document SOPs for hiring, professional development, training, and workforce planning to be implemented across the organization 
  • Partner with HRBPs to implement a seamless new hire training program for all new hires and/or internal role transfers 
  • Lead relationship management with vendors related to TA and org development including sourcing platform contracts and third party recruiter relationships as necessary  
  • Utilizing online recruiting resources and social networks such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc, make recommendations on ways to identify and recruit candidates, and research new ways of using technology for recruitment 
  • Partner with department heads to develop role specific skills advancement training for new and existing roles 
  • Provide education and develop structured training for hiring managers on hiring best practices 
  • Develop and conduct leadership and management training for new and existing people managers and coach managers on developing their teams  

The Person 

  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • Experience in a rapid growth environment required  
  • Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience with at least two years in a role with ownership of the full-cycle TA process  
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with organizational development and training 
  • Experience managing full cycle recruiting for 10-15 open requisitions at a time  
  • Experience with training development 
  • Experience recruiting at all levels; entry, mid-level, senior leadership for departments ranging from Sales and Marketing to Analytics and Benchmarking to IT/Technology  
  • Experience with major sourcing platforms and channels such as LinkedIn and Indeed  
  • Expert level familiarity with sourcing and building a pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn recruiter  
  • Proven ability to implement strategic recruiting, training, and development strategies as the project lead within the organization for these initiatives
