The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in driving organizational improvements using industry-standard change management frameworks such as Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter's change principles, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills who can interact with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. The OCM Lead will play a critical role in enterprise transformation initiatives, facilitating user adoption, mitigating change resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing communication strategies, conducting change impact assessments, and implementing onboarding, mentoring, and community-building programs to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement change management strategies using Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, and Agile methodologies.
- Manage change initiatives within projects developed using Lean Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Establish and facilitate an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice.
- Develop and execute communication strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Lead enterprise transformation efforts, guiding teams and individuals through change processes.
- Design and implement new hire onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs.
- Conduct change impact assessments, resistance management, and user adoption planning.
- Develop and administer ADKAR survey assessments to measure readiness and progress.
- Conduct stakeholder and empathy interviews to identify areas for continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate webinars, user workshops, Lean Coffee sessions, book clubs, and podcasts to promote change adoption.
- Leverage advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word), including facilitating breakout sessions and interactive polling.
- Support SAFe PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Utilize collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, and MS Teams Whiteboard to drive engagement and participation.
- Work with JIRA and Confluence to track change management initiatives and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with change management best practices and contribute to organizational change success.
- Prosci or Kotter Certification required.
- SAFe Certification (Coach, RTE) preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, facilitation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
