This role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing SAP HCM solutions, particularly in payroll and time management modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams, provide expert-level support, and lead SAP HCM-related projects while ensuring system performance and compliance with labor relations. Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate SAP solutions seamlessly with other business systems.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP HCM modules.
- Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Train and support end-users to optimize the utilization of SAP HCM modules.
- Stay updated on SAP enhancements and best practices to improve system performance.
- Lead and participate in SAP HCM-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to goals.
- Leverage expertise in labor relations, time, and leave configurations to meet organizational needs.
