Job Title : Solutions Architect Data Systems & Integration

Job Description :
Randstad is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Data Systems & Integration to join our client's team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in backend systems, data integration, and process documentation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and driving project success in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. A solid background in Agile methodologies, business process mapping, and requirements management is essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and document business processes, business / functional requirements, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) artifacts, including key process steps.
- Design, troubleshoot, and support backend systems, including OS, applications, databases, and networks.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement and deploy effective solutions, challenging and supporting vendors as needed.
- Analyze and resolve software and hardware issues related to the OnBoard Information System.
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and document test results.
- Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) across teams.
- Utilize collaboration and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
- Present findings and solutions confidently to project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support in documenting and improving processes in a high-visibility environment.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (4 years). Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills, combined with a proactive and self-motivated approach, are key to succeeding in this position.
