Although we have a beautiful office with mountain views in Denver, this role is for the most part remote, however does require flexibility to be able to come to the office occasionally.

Compensation:
In addition to a strong benefits package and healthy base salary, in a recruiting role, you will earn 55-75K if you’re average, 75-100K if you’re good, and well over six figures if you’re great. We don’t cap commissions so the sky is the limit. We also have a VERY active sales team which means lots of opportunity to fill Reqs and stay busy. If you’re an overachiever, this is likely very important to you and that’s why we keep our team lean as noted above.
Responsibilities:
Your key objective in this role is to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients by sourcing, qualifying, and placing high caliber technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions within their organizations. This might seem pretty simple, however it does have its complexities throughout the process, and in order to be successful, you must be able to build strong relationships, overcome obstacles, and create solutions where everyone involved wins. In achieving this goal, your daily activities will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Sourcing candidates by utilizing our internal database, referrals, job boards, job postings, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Leaving compelling messages to attract candidates, presenting job opportunities, and screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the job requirements of our customers.
- Negotiating compensation requirements with candidates, preparing their resumes, coordinating interviews, presenting offers, and conducting references.
- Maintaining strong relationships with our contractors by providing excellent customer service.
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of IT candidates in anticipation of the upcoming hiring needs of our customers.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss recruiting progress, new job requirements, and make adjustments to our recruiting strategies based upon the changing needs of our customers.
- Adhering to operational procedures and ensuring data accuracy within our systems to track activity and progress through the stages within our staffing workflow.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree
- 2 plus years of technical recruiting experience is preferable. You need to know what you’re doing.
- A strong sense of urgency, exceptional work ethic, and competitive drive to win.
