Duties

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Experience
- Service Titan CRM is a Plus .
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in project management or similar roles is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.58 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
