What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Rutherford Credit LLC?
We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team! We are searching for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Applicant must have the ability to problem solve independently, multi task, manage time efficiently and provide exceptional customer service. No experience is needed, willing to train the right applicant!
Job includes, but is not limited to:
- Interacting with customers in person and on the phone
- Skilled problem solving
- Managing a portfolio of accounts daily
-Taking and processing credit applications
-Posting payments, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer
-Mailing solicitation and letters
-Computer navigation
-Attention to detail and documentation
-Standard office tasks
Requirement – Credit check during the application process
Required education: High School or equivalent
Full-time, in person: 8:00am – 5:00pm; Monday through Friday
Pay: Pay varies based on experience – with the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonus
Paid time off after 90 days
