What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at PRODOSE INC?
Description:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual dollar sales and unit goals.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with management to set comprehensive sales strategies, goals and KPI targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Build, update and refresh weekly/monthly analytics/reports (inclusive of but not limited to sales, orders, POS, category reviews, and market dynamics and trends)
- Partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to Interview, and hire team members.
- Partner with other departments to optimize sales processes.
- May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.
- Compensation Note: Base between $80,000 to $100,000 plus performance based bonus (individual company performance)
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, customer engagement and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable.
- Comparable record of sales leadership experience required
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in OTC pharmaceuticals.
- Must be able to travel periodically.
