We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (US) to rapidly grow our bulk rectifier business. In this role, you will serve as the regional commercial expert, collaborating with other regional sales and business development managers. You will assess market opportunities, gather market intelligence, and leverage this knowledge to build and nurture relationships with OEM and EPC customer groups, aiming to win large project tenders.
For each tender, you will act as the business case owner and engage in initial technical discussions with customers to initiate new opportunities. Following this, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to secure the project and close the deal for the company.
Profile
- BSc, BEng or MSc in Electrical, Physics or Industrial Engineering or any business-related degree.
- 5 years of technical experience.
- Experience in tendering sales processes and a network in the hydrogen energy infrastructure market is a big plus; affinity with commerce and technology is a must.
- Experience with public funding bodies is a plus.
- A deep understanding of the hydrogen industry, encompassing market dynamics, key players, and technological advancements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Up to 25% travel.
