Description / Job Summary
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Schedule : Monday Friday 7 : 00a.m. 4 : 00p.m. overtime as needed and 12 hours shifts 77 during harvest working days or nights.
Job Summary : Responsible for general cleaning and sanitation of the dryer area and equipment. Dry cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and structures of the area(s) on a defined frequency. Also responsible for assisting with dumping and loading trucks and maintenance as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be able to read speak and understand Basic English.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to bend stoop twist turn push and pull throughout the day.
- Must be willing and able to climb up to 100 feet as needed.
- Must be willing and able to help with maintenance when needed.
- Must be willing and able to be trained to operate a truck dump.
- Must be willing and able to be trained to sweep scoop and blow down.
- Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be willing and able to work in a dusty environment.
- Must be willing and able to walk / stand for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must be willing and able to follow all Safety and Food Safety rules.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
