As the Content Strategy Lead, you’ll be the visionary and driver behind Product Hive’s content engine. You’ll lead a creative, dedicated team of volunteer contributors who manage Slack moderation, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, video content, and podcasts. Your mission? To craft and execute an incredible content strategy that helps grow Product Hive’s reach, engage our audience, attract sponsors, and build momentum throughout the year.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Create and Execute Strategy: Develop an innovative, adaptable content strategy that supports community growth across multiple channels (e.g., social media, newsletters, podcasts, videos, website).
- Lead an Amazing Team: Inspire and coordinate your team of volunteers, including a Slack moderator, social media contributors, newsletter writer, video team, and podcast lead.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work directly with fellow program leads, the Executive Director, and the Board of Directors to align your content strategy with organizational goals.
- Innovate & Modernize: Bring fresh ideas to the table—whether it's launching a new video series, optimizing newsletters, or exploring new ways to engage our community.
- Drive Growth: Focus on building momentum, increasing reach, and making Product Hive's voice resonate louder and farther in the product world.
- Monitor and Adapt: Track engagement, learn from results, and refine strategies to keep content relevant and impactful.
You’re someone who thrives on creativity, strategic planning, and making things happen. You don’t need to have all the answers, but you do need the curiosity and drive to figure things out, iterate, and improve. Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Time Commitment: You can commit 2–4 hours per week for a one-year term (with the option to renew).
