The HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role arises from our commitment to provide exceptional employee experience from the very first interaction. In this position you will report into Product Insight's fractional Head of HR. The HR Operations Specialist will ensure efficient HR operations across various processes, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR system management. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, employee onboarding, offboarding, and general administrative support.
- Maintain HRIS and HR files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and performance management.
- Coordinate and assist with training programs and performance reviews.
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollment and employee communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state / federal employment regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the co-op program, including coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, placement, training and development of co-op students.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
