We’re looking for a passionate, creative, data-minded Senior Campaigns Manager to drive high-impact demand generation campaigns. This individual will architect overall brand and demand campaigns for global markets, coordinating all marketing functions for successful integration, implementation, optimization, measurement and reporting.
This role sits at the center of Productboard’s voice to our global markets and requires confident orchestration of all marketing tactics to varied audiences, personas, regions, markets and industries. The successful candidate for this role will understand clearly how a brand generates demand with laser-focus on results, always looking for ways to improve and optimize programs, processes and impact on sales.
On a typical day, you will…
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align campaign themes, audiences, and objectives to business goals.
- Create and deliver on demand generation OKRs for campaigns. This includes leading indicators, such as reach, engagement, and lead generation, as well as lagging indicators, such as marketing sourced pipeline and pipe velocity.
- Strategically coordinate and deploy integrated global campaign tactics in partnership with cross-functional teams including : Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
- Own, document, and scale global processes for campaign creation and measurement.
- Leverage data to inform decisioning across campaign programming; use behavioral insights and performance benchmarking to optimize for efficiency and drive customer outcomes.
- Orchestrate full-funnel campaign tactics to support goals across the buyer’s journey, and map campaigns to our audience segments, which may include : persona, buying stage, firmographics, or intent signal.
- Create compelling campaign messaging and consistent workflows across tactics, both in partnership with content stakeholders and in alignment with our brand messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external writers and designers to provide direction and requirements for program assets, including : eBooks, infographics, videos, and other campaign materials.
- Work with the marketing operations team to plan, coordinate and track marketing activities through the Marketo marketing automation platform.
- Actively communicate program plans, activities, and results to cross-functional teams.
