Customer Service RepresentativePay range : $25-$28hr depending on experience1st shift You’ll be the go-to person for our customers—answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Engineering, Shipping / Receiving, and Accounting, to provide seamless support. Your ability to anticipate customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success.What You’ll DoManage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and emailProcess customer orders and track deliveries to ensure they meet requirementsIdentify customer needs and provide timely, accurate solutionsBuild strong relationships with customers through open, interactive communicationHandle complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfactionKeep detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactionsFollow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policiesProactively engage customers to foster long-term partnerships What We’re Looking ForProven experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong phone and active listening skills with a customer-first mindsetExcellent communication, organization, and computer skillsAbility to adapt to different personalities and problem-solve effectivelyExperience with Visibility ERP and Fresh Desk is a plusStrong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving settingDependable, detail-oriented, and eager to go the extra mile for customersEducation : Associate (Preferred)Work Location : In person
