Qualifications : Experienced with design software like Inventor (preferred), SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Able to apply both an analytical perspective and practical understanding to solve design challenges using a systematic engineering approach.Experience with simulation tools (stress, dynamic analysis).Good working knowledge of designing in Inventor and AutoCAD design tools.Knowledge of automation products, services, and the industry.Capable of creating machine designs with complex assemblies and subassemblies utilizing parametric design methodology.Strong understanding of thermal, structural, and dynamic designs.Working knowledge and development of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).Strategic thinking.Positive Thinker, able to Motivate and Inspire a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly motivated, driven, and achievement oriented.Effective time management and organizational skills.Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.8 years of related experience
