Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee and coach our clients with developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in facilities maintenance (Janitorial duties), ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
This role requires hands-on involvement in commercial cleaning and custodial duties, while also providing guidance and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of cleaners with developmental disabilities, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Train new and current crew members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily assignments and ensure that all supplies are stocked and available for the team.
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication among crew members.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services.

Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is required.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to a cleaning environments is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required. Paid training will be provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years old or older
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Clean driving record
