Summary:
Utilizes broad knowledge of accounting principles to, review, analyze and interpret accouting data. Verifies and reconciles accounting information from sub- ledgers to general ledger.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Analzyes activity relating to the financial statements to ensure accurrate monthly financial reports.
Processes EDI supplier invoices for posting to ledger. Confers with suppliers on rejected invoices. Work with procurment to resolve discrepancies..
Oversees or prepares Account Payable supplier check run
Acts as a procurement card coordintator for accounting reconciliation purposes.
Analyzes fixed asset activities
Prepares sales forecast information
Analyzes manufacturing costs and prepares monthly reports
Analyzes and assists with or prepares information for the Capital Budget
Assists in tax audits
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
