As a Customer Implementation Manager you'll play a pivotal role in guiding new customers through the critical phase of getting started with our software. You'll be the architect of this process, becoming the key link between sales and customer success by developing personalized implementation plans, coordinating with various internal teams, and leading the charge in customer training.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $200,000 OTE. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What you'll do:
As a Customer Implementation Manager you'll play a pivotal role in guiding new customers through the critical phase of getting started with our software. - Guide customers through the implementation process, managing the transition from sales through deployment.
- Create implementation plans, establish system configurations, and build repeatable processes to drive successful customer adoption. Document methodologies and best practices to support team scalability.
- Develop and manage project timelines across multiple concurrent implementations, coordinating cross-functional resources and stakeholders.
- Track milestones, proactively address risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. Create frameworks and tools to streamline project execution.
- Analyze and enhance implementation processes to improve efficiency and accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Build standardized documentation, establish best practices, and identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding experience while meeting unique customer requirements.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to validate technical solutions, manage data migrations, and ensure successful system integration.
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder training, provide technical troubleshooting, and systematically capture implementation learnings to continuously improve delivery quality.
- Minimum of 3 years in SaaS customer-facing roles, with a focus on software implementation or professional services.
- Proven track record managing complex software implementations, enterprise client engagements, and technical projects.
- Robust project management experience, particularly with SaaS deployments and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in creating and managing detailed project timelines and standardized documentation. Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience conducting training sessions to drive product adoption.
- Ability to optimize implementation processes for efficiency and reduce time-to-value.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.
- Successful track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and adoption rates.
- Documented success in onboarding new customers and improving process standardization.
