Role Overview:
In this critical role, you will:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on a variety of CNC metal-cutting equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems across hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical domains.
- Work with industry-leading equipment brands like Haas, Citizen, and Makino.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Engage in miscellaneous duties as needed to support our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Solid experience in industrial maintenance with expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Technical certification or training in mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, or similar fields.
- Independent work style coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and exemplary driving record.
