W2/1099 only.
Required Experience & Technical Skills:
Experience working with Workday modules, including:
o HCM (Required)
o Recruiting
o Benefits
o Payroll
o Compensation
o UK-specific Workday experience (Preferred)
Hands-on experience supporting system integrations, updates, maintenance, configuration, and security.
No specific certifications required.
Project Involvement:
Optimize Workday HCM, security, and reporting functions.
Partner with external vendors for career site redesign initiatives.
Work with Prizm analytics and table management.
Enhance the onboarding process and manage organizational structure changes.
Support Workday functionality across multiple jurisdictions.
Work Expectations & Environment:
Onsite role with no remote work opportunities.
Standard workweek of up to 40 hours; additional hours require prior approval.
Requires adaptability to shift between multiple tasks, meetings, and priorities efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
