Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Non-IT Recruitment Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage recruitment processes, and ensure successful talent acquisition for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute hiring strategies for various non-IT positions across industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, hospitality, etc.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and coordinate the hiring process with clients.
- Process Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance recruitment strategies and business development.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in non-IT recruitment and account management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate salaries and contracts with clients and candidates.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools is a plus
