Duties :
- Answer and transfer phone calls to an appropriate employee
- Greet and log visitors
- Support office and management with general administrative duties / tasks
- Pickup mail, review & distribute to designated employees
- Responsible for Postage refill, etc.
- Schedule to FedEx, UPS and / or courier pick ups
- Arrange Conference Rooms and keep the calendar updated
- Set-up and clean-up for meetings and events
- Order lunches, as needed for meetings or events
- Maintain Office products and supplies; order as needed
- Keep kitchen neat, clean and tidy - Maintain fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, coffee machines, etc.
- Place work orders or maintenance requests with appropriate personnel
