What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager position at Professional Alternatives?
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls; provide “direction” calls as location is tricky to get to; transfer calls to correct person
- Support with all duties clerical and administrative
- Utilize QuickBooks to support with diverse bookkeeping functions
- Execute accurate and efficient data entry
- Provide support with daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Some college highly preferred
- Microsoft Office skills
- Prefer a light accounting background and QuickBooks is highly preferred
- Professional, presentable, and articulate
- Must be flexible, accommodating, and positive; team player!
Other:
- Schedule is M-F, 8am to 5pm (1 hr. lunch); fully in office
- Paid parking
- Must love answering the phones and providing exemplary customer service
- Directions to the location and tricky – must be patient when supporting callers
Salary : $18
