Duties:
 

  • Answer incoming calls; provide “direction” calls as location is tricky to get to; transfer calls to correct person
  • Support with all duties clerical and administrative
  • Utilize QuickBooks to support with diverse bookkeeping functions
  • Execute accurate and efficient data entry
  • Provide support with daily operational tasks


Qualifications:
 

  • Some college highly preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Prefer a light accounting background and QuickBooks is highly preferred
  • Professional, presentable, and articulate
  • Must be flexible, accommodating, and positive; team player!


Other:
 

  • Schedule is M-F, 8am to 5pm (1 hr. lunch); fully in office 
  • Paid parking
  • Must love answering the phones and providing exemplary customer service
  • Directions to the location and tricky – must be patient when supporting callers
