About the Job

Inbound call center hiring FULL-TIME REMOTE agents for an Answering Service.

Job Details :

  • You must have a quiet workspace with your own equipment. We run on Windows 10 or 11 PRO (not home).
  • You must have a wired USB headset and HIGH-speed internet.
  • We require an upbeat attitude, excellent customer service skills, and that you can accurately type 35-40 wpm.
  • We are 24 / 7 and you will be expected to work weekends and holidays.
  • We are currently hiring for the 3 pm to 11 pm shift (EST).

This is a full-time position and you will have 30 minute unpaid break per shift.
