PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time Night Site-Lead for Commercial Custodial Business position in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Job Skills / Requirements : Must have previous Leadership experience.
Position Details :
Site-Lead Part-time Night
Start Time : 8 : 00 PM
Hours : 4 hours per Night (with additional hours when needed)
Schedule : Monday through Friday
Compensation : $15.00 per hour

Duties :
- Provide active support to the On-Site Supervisor.
- Actively perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all tasks meet quality standards.
- Assist in covering the Site Supervisor and their responsibilities when they're absent.
- Train new employees to familiarize them with cleaning procedures, equipment, and standards.
- Assist in inspecting completed work to maintain high quality and address any issues.
- Assist in managing supplies inventory and ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment.
