IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

• Maintain records, documenting tasks, and presenting progress reports in our CRM.
• Running Pre-Construction and Final Walk-Thru meetings with customers and setting customer satisfaction expectations.
• Setting production schedule, communicating production scheduling delays
• Enforcing established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean jobsite environment.
• Point of contact for all homeowners
• Inventory of tools and equipment
• Pulling and closing out permits, meeting with state inspectors, and answering any required questions.
• Understanding and implementing blueprints and master carpentry skills for framing, finish work, and remodeling.
• Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn excellent leadership and installation techniques.
• Reporting Key Performance Indicators to Sales Manager & Operation Manager

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Must have a good attention to detail for exterior applications and arrive to work on time.
• Minimum 5 years or equivalent experience in deck building, siding, remodeling and/or window & door installation
• Possessing a valid driver’s license.
• Owns own truck preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Up-to-date resume.
• Passing all background checks.
• Clean driving record

Licenses

- Driver’s License required.

- MA HIC preferred.

- MA CSL preferred.
