IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:
- Maintain records, documenting tasks, and presenting progress reports in our CRM.
- Running Pre-Construction and Final Walk-Thru meetings with customers and setting customer satisfaction expectations.
- Setting production schedule, communicating production scheduling delays
- Enforcing established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean jobsite environment.
- Point of contact for all homeowners
- Inventory of tools and equipment
- Pulling and closing out permits, meeting with state inspectors, and answering any required questions.
- Understanding and implementing blueprints and master carpentry skills for framing, finish work, and remodeling.
- Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn excellent leadership and installation techniques.
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators to Sales Manager & Operation Manager
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Must have a good attention to detail for exterior applications and arrive to work on time.
- Minimum 5 years or equivalent experience in deck building, siding, remodeling and/or window & door installation
- Possessing a valid driver’s license.
- Owns own truck preferred.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Up-to-date resume.
- Passing all background checks.
- Clean driving record
Licenses
- Driver’s License required.
- MA HIC preferred.
- MA CSL preferred.
