The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Partnerships department, with a strong emphasis on PBR Sales Team support. This position will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, PBR Sales Team, and PBR Partnership Marketing Team to manage various projects and tasks that contribute to the success of all PBR sponsors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for the sports and entertainment industry. They should have experience managing multiple projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level assistant and administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President, Corporate Partnerships.
- Schedule meetings, handle communications, prepare documents, arrange travel, manage expenses, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
- Act as a primary point of contact, requiring confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
- Support the Director, Content & Design in creating sales decks and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Endeavor Analytics Team to secure research and data for sales materials.
- Lead the collaborative drafting of partner contracts.
- Manage CRM systems and associated reporting.
- Facilitate communication and organization between the Corporate Partnerships Team, Legal Team, and Accounting Team.
- Assist the Partnership Marketing Team with various tasks, including:
- Mid-year and end-of-year reporting
- Ticket management
- Pre-event communications
- Shipping logistics
- Develop an in-depth understanding of PBR, the PBR Sales Process, and partner/prospect businesses to become an expert in all areas.
- Work cross-functionally within PBR and across other Endeavor businesses to drive value for partners and prospects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative and professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude in all situations.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Education & Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field – preferred.
Experience:
- 2 plus years of relative work experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, or marketing in sports and entertainment industry.
- Western Sports, Live Event, or Player Ops background is desired with a strong passion for Professional Bull Riding and an understanding of the sport.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office hours Monday-Friday.
- Overtime, weekends and travel may be required.
- Must be able work out of the PBR Fort Worth Office.
