We are looking for a highly-organized, proactive Project Coordinator for our Marketing Team at Red Door. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects, on-time and within-budget, by serving as the central point-of-contact between internal cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders across all business levels.
The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a solution-oriented problem solver, with strong attention-to-detail and multi-tasking skills. A successful candidate in this role will thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working both independently and collaboratively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in project management and brand management is preferred, as they will often be working cross-functionally with designers, writers, and external partners to execute high-impact projects. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools like Asana or Monday is essential for monitoring projects and reporting on project health metrics in real-time.
This role reports to the Marketing Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of store and experiential launches, including aspects of logistical planning and marketing planning.
- Utilize project management software (ex. Asana, Monday) to scope out projects, manage workflows, and maintain project dashboards to provide visibility into project health.
- Schedule and lead project calls, including scoping meetings, kick-off calls, project check-ins, and post-project reviews.
- Support the creation and management of marketing materials, while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Coordinate with designers and writers to produce high-quality content.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential roadblocks to minimize delays and extra costs.
- Prepare and deliver reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage expenses and track and forecast budgets as invoices are processed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in marketing, brand management, or project management. Experience with "new-to-market" launches and marketing design timelines is preferred.
- CAPM or PMP Certification is a bonus.
- Proficiency in navigating Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), team collaboration platforms (Slack), and project management platforms (Asana, Monday).
