Who We Are:
Position Summary/Objective:
The Sponsor Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in executing contractual obligations for PBR sponsors, serving as both a customer-facing representative and behind-the-scenes support. This position is instrumental in ensuring seamless sponsorship activation at PBR-sanctioned events, providing first-class client service, and maintaining accurate and consistent event execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee arena signage setup, maintenance, and inventory to ensure proper sponsor representation.
- Coordinate in-arena sponsorship elements, including promotions and activations.
- Organize and facilitate giveaways, competitions, and fan engagement activities.
- Assist in the setup and execution of event after-parties.
- Track and manage promotional material distribution and inventory.
- Support the execution of peripheral events such as bull drafts and fan zones.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to sponsors and partners.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the PBR sponsorship fulfillment program.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer).
- Familiarity with construction tools (e.g., power drill, hammer, wire snips).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with sponsors and event staff.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced event environments.
- Attention to detail to ensure sponsorship assets are executed accurately.
- Time management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple sponsorship activations efficiently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and working in outdoor environments.
- Ability to travel frequently and work long hours during events.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – strongly preferred.
- 2-5 years of related experience in CDL driving, inventory management, project coordination, or sponsorship fulfillment.
- Experience in customer service, promotions, or client relations is a plus.
- Experience in professional or collegiate sports, leagues, or federations - preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Extensive travel required (90%), including weekends
- Occasional extended hours to support event execution. Must be able work out of the PBR Fort Worth Office.
