The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in our success by providing strategic leadership, management, and accountability for both the Service and Supply Chain departments. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in operations management, team leadership, and a deep understanding of Service and Supply Chain functions.

Compensation/Benefits:

Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Operations Management
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on Service and Supply Chain functions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in Service and Supply Chain management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the Service and Supply Chain teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the operational strategy aligned with company objectives and goals.
- Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and scalability initiatives within the Service and Supply Chain departments.
3. Service Department Oversight:
- Develop and implement service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and profitability alongside the Service Supervisor.
- Monitor and analyze service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
4. Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations alongside Supply Chain Supervisor.
- Implement and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products/materials.
5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for the Service and Supply Chain departments, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service levels.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
