Professional Civil Process (PCP) is looking for a Office Clerk - a person who wants to go above and beyond for the legal support industry. We're looking for someone with exceptional energy and enthusiasm to join our PCP Team.

PCP currently handles over 140,000 services of process documents annually.
Our corporate headquarters is in Spicewood, Texas.
PCP is a founding member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA).
Position Duties :
Work with clients and court clerks to obtain Orders from the judge for Substituted Service of legal documents.
Email Motions for Substituted Service to clients for review and signature.
Process incoming Motion and Orders for Substituted Service and 106 affidavits into computer system.
Forward signed Motions and Orders to the serving office and / or Process Server / Agent.
Send out legal documents via Certified or First Class mail and process service affidavits if judge requires.
Check email and phone messages daily.
Work reports assigned.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to lift 20 pounds
Able to sit, stand, squat, push, and pull for extended periods of time
Benefits
Compensation, Hours, and Benefits :
Full Time : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 - 5 : 00
Pay : $15 / hr
Dental / Vision plan - immediately upon hire
MEC Health Plan - "Minimum Essential Coverage" Preventative Care Only - after 60 days of service
Ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year - after 6 months of service
