HR/Accounting Administrator
$24-$30/hr. | Professional Employment Group of Colorado
Join our team as an HR/Accounting Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting the HR and accounting functions. This position involves handling payroll, employee records, and compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with high volume onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Process payroll for temporary employees and ensure timely payments.
- Manage compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Administer benefits for internal staff and support employee inquiries.
- Answer main line phone calls during business hours.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 1 years of HR, accounting, or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
