Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Swing Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Initially Day Shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM) for training, then transitioning to (Swing Shift) 2-10pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining and servicing industrial process equipment, including wet and PCB-related film processing machinery. This role involves a mix of hands-on maintenance tasks and administrative duties related to Preventative Maintenance (PM) management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive shift pass-downs and review outstanding work orders.
• Perform pre-set Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks on various equipment.
• Handle 5 to 25 work orders per shift, depending on workload.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial processing equipment.
• Support the maintenance team by ensuring proper housekeeping and workspace management.
• Conduct inventory management, including labeling, physical segregation, and database updates.
• Assist in setting up a new PM system, involving manual inventory tracking using spreadsheets and database upkeep.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in maintenance roles with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing background.
• Prior experience with wet and PCB-related film processing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read technical schematics and manuals for troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including spreadsheet management and data entry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Training will occur on the Day Shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM) for the first few weeks.
• Permanent shift will be Swing Shift thereafter.(2pm- 10pm
• Role requires both administrative (30-40%) and hands-on (60-70%) work.
