We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage A / P processes, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with Colorado sales tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable : Process, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure timely vendor payments.
Credit Card & Invoicing : Enter and reconcile company credit card transactions and manage parts / service invoicing.
Sales Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with Colorado state and jurisdictional tax laws, including preparation and filing.
Vendor Coordination : Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships.
Financial Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
Month-End & Year-End Close : Assist with financial reconciliations and reporting.
What You Bring
- 5 years of A / P experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
- Strong NetSuite experience – processing transactions, optimizing workflows, and supporting implementation
- Knowledge of Colorado sales tax laws and filing procedures
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
